I found my voice when I lost it. When I lost everything, or so I thought. Over a decade ago, my world was rocked with two little words: Down syndrome. I am a wife, a mom, an educator, an advocate. And a believer that my life, this life I would have never chosen… well, it’s better than the one I dreamed of.
